The New Horizon International School was established in 1993 to serve as a contribution to the society in Cairo-Egypt, providing its students with educational continuity and a school philosophy, which extends beyond the conventional realm of education. The New Horizon International School is an English medium  institute, established to serve the multinational society in Cairo-Egypt. The school hosts from Kindergarten levels through Secondary years, offering British and Egyptian curricula, up through the IGCSE and the Egyptian National Certificate for Secondary Education programmes. School Affiliations

New Horizon International School is a regular member of the European Council of International Schools and the Council of International Schools. The school is also licensed by Cambridge International Examinations to deliver the British international secondary (IGCSE) programme and is affiliated for it's international school with Holme Park School in the United Kingdom. 

New Horizon International School obtained the License to operate the American High School Diploma (New England Association of Secondary Schools & Colleges) by International Education Research Consortium (IERC) and Fenway High School.

New Horizon International School attained the License to operate the Nova Scotia Canadian Diploma by the Department of Education in Canada for its High School Students.  More information will follow.
